Hebei Yupeng Heavy Industry Piping Equipment Co., Ltd., born out of the former Hebei Cangzhou HengTong Tubing Co., Ltd., is a high-end pipeline equipment manufacturing enterprise.Having inherited years of accumulated valuable experience in petrochemical industry of Hengtong, Yupeng Heavy Industry has put its emphases on the R&D and trial-manufacture of the high-end products involving the X70, X80 and X100 applicable for long-distance pipelines, P91 and P92 applicable for large-capacity power plants and 347-series products applicable for coal liquefaction and coal chemical industry. At present, the company has 8 senior engineers, 40 engineers, 16 assistant engineers and 40 technicians, and has established a long-term technical cooperation and signed new product development agreements with CNPC Research Institute of Tubular Goods, Pipeline Research Institute of CNPC and North China Power Design Institute.The company is provided with advanced design & development, production and testing equipment. The major production equipment involves one 8,000T T-extruder, one 4000T hydrostatic press, one 3000T hydrostatic press, four DN1220 pipe benders, one DN1500 pipe bender, two 16m×5m×4.5m natural gas thermal treatment furnaces, two anticorrosive equipment and more than 150 pieces (sets) of other production equipment. The major testing equipment include more than 100 articles (piece/sets) like spectrum direct reading instrument, X-ray flaw detector, magnetic particle flaw detector, universal material testing machine, chemical elements analysis meter, etc. The products of the company have been widely applied in domestic major projects in petroleum, chemicals, natural gas, coal chemical and electric power, and gained a favorable reception. The company has also been rated as an excellent supplier by many projects like the Sinopec Sichuan to East Gas Transmission project and projects of Luoyang Petrochemical, Maoming Petrochemical, Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical, the second West-to-East gas pipeline project department of China Petroleum Pipeline Material & Equipment Corporation, Sichuan Petroleum Construction Co., Ltd.—your project department, Changqing Petrochemical of Sinopec. The products of the company are also exported to India, Brazil, Burma, Nigeria, Turkmenistan, Pakistan, Sultan and many other countries all over the world.
